Find inspiration in our show to create your own unique piece of art! \nCome visit our exhibition (or download our educational packet)\, and explore both “The Matter of Memory\,” and its companion show of contemporary art. Choose a piece that sparks your creativity and create a piece of writing or visual art and submit it to our contest to be eligible for a prize! \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Submit Your Art!\n \n \n \n \n \n A winner and an honorable mention will be chosen for each age division in the categories of writing and visual art. Winners and honorable mentions will have the opportunity for their work to be displayed at the Portsmouth Historical Society. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The contest will be open from April 1st through May 31st. There will be a reception for all entrants and their families at the Historical Society at 5:30pm on June 11th. \nEach artist may submit up to three pieces of art\, but each piece must be submitted with a separate form. \nHave another idea?
