The Pastel Society of New Hampshire will be hosting a reception for their annual exhibition It’s Pastel! This event is free and open to the public. The event will be held in the first floor gallery at the Portsmouth Historical Society’s Welcome Center & Galleries at 10 Middle Street, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
