Fill one of our Portsmouth Historical Society tote bags with a selection of books from our museum store for just $25. Whether you stuff the tote bag to the brim or just choose a few volumes, you have to be able to carry it out of the building yourself.

This sale will run through April or until we run out of tote bags.

“Show + Tell,” our celebration of the depth and breadth of local children’s picturebook illustrators reamins open until Friday, December 30. It’s open to the public, and we have many of the publications for sale in the shop that could be signed by the illustrators!

The 32nd Annual Gingerbread House Contest and Exhibition may have officially closed, but over 60 houses will remain on display until Friday, December 30.

Take the fun downtown with our scavenger hunt. Collect all the stamps and enter to win a raffle of gift cards and prizes from participating retailers!

Make your voice heard. Cast your vote for People’s Choice Awards. Categories include: most creative building materials, most whimsical, most attention to detail, and best in show. All ballots must be cast in-person at 10 Middle Street.
