    Portsmouth Historical Society Closed 11/23 The historical society will be closed on Thursday, November 23 in observation of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will reopen the next day, Friday, November 24 at 10 a.m with the opening of our 33rd Annual Gingerbread Contest and Exhibition.
