    Join us for a Family Day all about making music! The day will start with a performance from Jeff Warner, called “Music in my Pockets,” and then we’ll make our own musical instruments out of recycled materials.

    Learn all about our magnificent oceans and the creatures that live there! See and touch coastal critters at 11 am and 12:30 pm. Take part in ocean-themed crafts and activities from 11 am–4 pm, including making ocean slime and experimenting with how to clean up an oil spill.

  • Community Art Family Day

    Come to the Historical Society on September 9th to experiment with community art projects! Contribute to an enormous Jackson Pollock-style painting, help us create a popsicle stick masterpiece, and then join one of our ArtBot workshops and make your own spirographing robot!
